How WiseLink handles information you send through this website.

Who we are
WiseLink is a business based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 94901945, operating across digital technology (WiseLink Automation) and branded commerce (WiseLink Branding). This notice covers wiselinkintl.com. The websites of our business areas, wiselink.dev and wiselinkbranding.com, have their own notices. What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the details you enter:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name, if you provide it
- The topic you choose and your message
We also keep the date and time of the submission and the country it was sent from, as reported by our hosting provider. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs of requests (such as IP address and time) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no advertising trackers. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited, which buttons lead to the contact page, whether the contact form is submitted, and which links to other WiseLink websites are followed. Google Analytics only loads, and only sets its cookies (_ga and _ga_<id>, kept for up to two years), after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
Google Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use it for advertising, and advertising features are switched off. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.
Why we use it
We use form submissions only to:
- reply to you;
- direct your enquiry to the relevant WiseLink business area;
- follow up on a potential project, order or partnership you asked about.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests you send us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Where it is stored
The website and form submissions are hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact with you unless a business relationship requires longer retention.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email hello@wiselinkintl.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
